Where we deliver

We deliver to all serviceable PIN codes across India through our courier partners.

When your order ships

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas can take a little longer.

Delivery charges

• ₹99 per order.
• Free delivery on orders above ₹999.

The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available at checkout. Please keep the order amount ready when the courier arrives.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, we'll share the tracking details on the phone number or email you gave at checkout.

Packaging

Every jar is sealed and packed with protective material to keep it safe in transit. If anything arrives damaged, see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Wrong address or delays

Please check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel comes back because the address was incorrect or nobody was available to receive it, re-delivery may be charged. Weather, strikes or courier disruptions can occasionally cause delays; if that happens, we'll keep you informed.
